For those wishing to do so, take note of the following rules regarding meeting etiquette: 1. While meetings are in progress complete silence should be maintained. 2. If during proceedings you would like to give your opinion please first register statements with staff. 3. With the chairperson's consent, please follow staff into the conference area.
